STUDENT COUNCIL THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT of Peace is planned and executed by a group of girls who have been elected by popular vote of the student body. The student council and the administration work to- gether in seeking to reach an understand- ing of campus problems. The council meets weekly to consider and act upon problems of the students. All through ;he year its members are the center of college life. They are active participants rientation Week, distributing at this the student handbook which is edited by them. They also sponsor social activi- ;s from time to time, the chief of which the student body reception.
