After several attaeks of home-sickness we gradually settleil down and began to enjoy college life. Society rushing was followed hy initiation and the ham|Uets. Time went hy swiftly with athletics, teas, studies, and of course week-ends. Christmas came lieforc wc realized it, and three weeks of ac.ation ! The May Day Festival rc.piired a lot of pr.ietiec hut it turned out to he well worth it. The day was fair and we had one of the largest audiences there has ever heen. After May Day we honored the Seniors with the return to the old custom of , ' 1 Prom. Too soon came exams — followetl hy the eh se of school. W were all hack this fall with a grand snnmur l.cliind us. High and Mighty Seniors I Hetty Smith was again chosen for jircsidcnt, and under Miss Davidson ' s guidance wc started gaily and confidently on our Senior year. Exams came and went without perceptibly altering our j)osture or fading our youthful charms. We are suddenly .it the climax of our school careers; graduation is tomorrow. The old expression Ilajjpy school days is certainly true in our ease. Hastily, Emilv Scott, Class Uixlarian. Twenty-eight
