McCarthy Jr. 1 am pleased to have this opportunity to pen a few remarks to the Class of 1985 upon your graduation from Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. This yearbook serves not only as a record of your graduating year but on a broader scale serves as reminder of your accomplishments and efforts during all of your years in school. Those accomplishments were considerable, some of which were arrived at not without pain, nor without a few setbacks along the way. Easy or hard, these events have left their mark on you and the wealth of those experiences will serve you well as you move into the world of employment or on to further education. During the two years that I have had the pleasure of knowing you, I have personally witnessed your successes, and have attempted to contribute to them when the opportunities arose.
