Dear Graduates: My warmest congratulations to the Class of 1982 and, in particu- lar, to those that have been participating in voacational programs. I sincerely hope that these past years that you have spent in your respective classrooms and shops have given you the knowledge and the skills necessary to find happiness in this ever-changing world. This phase of formal training has come to an end, but learning will continue the rest of your lives. May what you accomplished in the past twelve years be a building block to success in individual endeavors.
