Peabody High School META Page Nine OUR FACULTY To express our appreciation to the members of the Peabody High School faculty for the invaluable aid given us during our years in school is at once a pleasant and yet a difficult task. Although there is no one among us who has not had from all of its members advice and counsel, as well as the matter pre- sented in their various classes, it is true that many of us are not fully aware of the helpful assistance and encouragement which they have given us so generous- !y- A high school as an educational institution can be no better than its fac- ulty and its student body. The efficiency of the faculty in presenting the sub- ject matter of the various courses and the willingness of the student body to ac- cept that material and use it profitably and painstakingly — these are two of the factors which determine the place that the school will occupy as an educational institution. With regard to our Peabody High School faculty we need say no more than that each and every member has at all times been faithful in safe- guarding and furthering our scholastic interests. It may be that there are some among us who have not fully realized what )ur teachers have done for us in the years that are now drawing to a close. We here express the hope that in the years to come they will, upon reflection, come to the realization, an appreciative realization, of the part our teachers have played in fostering the ideals which will make us good citizens of tomorrow.
