THE ONE AND ONLY 74 The Pep Rally was a very important day for the guys and me, because when we had that Pep Rally we really felt that everyone in the school was behind the football team and that made it really easy for us and we felt good inside all that day. Michael Bullock 1 went to the Pep Rally, and I was scared at first ' cause I did not know what to do , until I found my friends. We had a ball; the band was really good. Connie McNew The Pep Rally was Okay, the mascot was really cute. I really liked not having to go to class something to look forward to. John Moore The eighth and ninth grade girls had to cheer against each other. The band started playing while the girls were still doing their thing, and everybody was getting off out there . FOOTBALL IS OUR GAME The big night was here. The night of the Peabody Lions ' Homecoming game. We started by warming up with exercises. The Ref called for the captains. We knew the game must start at 7:30, well it started. The first half was a nice hard game. But the second half was hard for the ball players. Dinwiddie was ahead by a couple of points. With only 1:53 left, we scored. We had won 14 to 12. We were the champs!
