The work just never seems to end. Elizabeth Edwards and Sheila Harvey. Gail McCray, Antonio Kemp and Raymonde Moore hurriedly prepare stories and pictures. Mr. Goodmansen seems to be forever writing hall passes or explaining to teachers why their students missed class. Once in a while, some students take a break. But the deadline pushes closer and Jennifer Sims, Cindy Keller and Sherrie Purdie press on to meet the deadline. Panic strikes and only the most loyal staff members are willing to accept the grueling pressure . Letetia Henderson, Vera Turner, Teddy Yeatts and Charles Spears and several others help in the final moments. Finally the last box is closed and mailed to the publisher. Oh, what a relief it is! As you watch students enjoying the collection of school memories, once again you ask, is it worth the time? Is it worth the money? Was the adventure worthwhile?

YEARBOOK CLUB I think of a yearbook as one of the most convenient, practical ways to preserve memories, and a wonderful instrument to aid us in reflecting. How often have I wanted to look back into the yesteryear faces of my Peabody classmates. Unfortunately, during the days of World War II, paper was too costly and publication of a yearbook was against the law. M. S.
