A salad bar was served on Monday, Wednesday and Fr i day of each week, along with the hot meal. The student had a choice of which meal to have. The salad bar included lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, carrots, meat, crackers, dressings and many other items. The salad bar became quite popular among the students.
