0 8- .libi .HDD JaJIia work . . practice . . performance . . applause Charles Dicken's Christmas Carol was the play featured in the Dinner Theater. The popular story was directed by Mrs. Rem, and presented by the following: Trent Brunner as Ebenezer Scrooge; Tim Slocombe who was Fred, Scrooge's nephew, and also one of the Cratchit boys; Dan Piland was Bob Cratchit and Fezziwig; Diona Akers played the Ghost of N Christmas Past, Cratchit girl, and Mrs. Fred; Nancy Hall as the Ghost of Christmas Present; Nancy Richmond played the parts of the Ghost of Christmas yet-to-come, and Fan; Dale Not- tingham was Marley's ghost, and Cratchit boy; Mazie Slaughter as Mrs. Feeziwig, Martha Cratchit, and Mrs. Dilber; Donna Taylor was Mrs. Cratchit; Jim Nellans played Old Joe and a boy. Ty Frederickson played Tiny Tim. This year the German Club put on the dinner before the play. The meal, which consisted of popular German dishes, was held in the Old Gym. plan . . .prepare . . .present . . .entertain Nancy Hall gives the nar- ration before the play. Several students took a break to rest a moment. All night people were getting down on the floor. music..................rhythm..................action There was plenty of action in the grade school multi - purpose room on December 16th, where the Christmas Formal was held. The sophomore-sponsored dance was well attended and liked. The floor was occupied all night with people dancing to the music of Lee Ward from Valley Center. Green and red streamers covered the sitting area. The refreshment table was another popular spot along with the festively decorated resting area. D.J. provided rock shake...................rattle....................roll music from the stage. 24
