VAL SAL The Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the class of 1978 were Diane Deforest and Deb Holm. It's of the highest honor to be chosen for the positions. 1. Diane gives her Valedictorian speech. 2. Deb relaxes after lifting weights in Advanced P.E. class. 3 Diane in a moment of pleasure, not worrying about school work. 4. Deb gives the audience her speech as Salutatorian. 5. Diane gives her all out smiles to everyone. 6. Deb was very active in many clubs, especially band. 22

They were picked to be second in the MKL under Fairfield, but they went undefeated in the league and continued to win until they reached the 2A state final's game.At the state final's game the Warriors lost 37 to 8 to a tough Beloit team. The Warriors ended their season with a 7-0 record in the league and a 12-1 record overall.The Junior Varsity ended the season with a 3-4 record. 1) The Warriors ended the season with quite a collect ion of t roph ies Front row;District champ- ions, 2A State Runners-up Sub-State champions.
