h'iR, JOHN H. SAU-L Vive Principal IIE executive positions of principal and vice prin- cipal are ones of great fresponsihility. NVith Mr. Miller and Mr. Saul rest the final decisions in matters of .school policy and important questions of discipline. They supervise our curriculum and follow its execu- tion and progress. Vocational guidance, a vital adjunct to wise planning for life, is hut one of the faculty services. Only under the competent direction of well-informed and exper- ienced adults can the student succeed in his serious job of preparation for living. Seniors find the execution of their activities easier when counseled hy special advisers in certain fields. Faculty members in addition to their regular teaching duties are prepared to offer suggestions and make plans so that our school activities meet the require- ments of preparation for adult life. RECORDERS oif I'ATTY's AND l'ET12's AcT1V1T1Es In a large high .school a great amount of routine clerical work is required in order to keep detailed records. To permit efficient organization of ma- terial, a skilled clerical staff is needed in the school office and bookroom. This staff handles literally tons of pri-nted materials, records, and files. Peabody imay well be proud of its excellent faculty. The men and wom-en composing it represent the ulti- mate in academic attainments and skill in pedagogy. By their professional ability, youth's future is safe- guarded.
