They stand at the crossroads of change and challenge -- changes in customs and social mores, educational concepts, perspectives and technology. Anyone or all of these changes could mean the fulfillment of one of their once impossible dreams. What are their challenges? Their challenges are that with all the many oppor- tunities that this growing world can afford them, that they will not become nonentities a mere voice and a mere cry in the wilderness, swallowed up by the foolishness of their own vanity and conceit, that they will give to each man his due respect, that they will use today’s accomplishments to foster tomorrow ' s innovations and that they will continually strive to reach the pinnacle of the mountain of life. 5
