EISETI The Spanish Club brought a new spark of interest to the halls of Payson High School. They had a great deal of enthusiasm in learning about Latin America and the language of that country. They sponsored a dance that showed the students the customs of that country. They were under the leadership of Miss Airy. The officers are: Kim Beck- strom, Tommy Hurst, Renee' Peart. The Distributive Education Club of America called DECA is under the direction of Mr. lvleasom, The members of this club held down a part time job in town this year to help them learn problems of economics. They also participated in fund raising projects such as the Christmas Dance, which they sponsored, and a raffle for a five pound box of chocolates. The officers are Dennis Tanner, Brad Horton, Jay Peterson, and Julie Shell. They have done an out- standing job in organizing the projects and the activities of the DECAClub. SKB High on the slopes, the members of the Payson High Ski Club proved them- selves to be very skilled. Some of them were just M, learning while others were JW 'r 2 old pro's , but everyone it had a great time on all of their ski trips. The Ski Club was under the direction of Miss Airy.
