Winkle has also worked hard to organize the chorus. The girls dressed in their attractive blue dresses and the boys in their blue sweaters made a handsome group to represent the school. They performed very well in the Christmas program, the School Dedication and at various other occasions during the year. In chorus they experience and begin to appreciate the fine music of the classic, spiritual, and pop- ular songs. The concerts they put on provided a goal for the chorus and entertainment for the au- diences. Sara Clayson, Craig Fairbanks, Scott Bigler, Jerry Hardman, and Callie Morgan were the chorus officers this year. They helped Mr. Winkle to organize the activ- ities of the chorus. We would like tothankthe chorus and Mr. Winkle for their fine representation of the school. Together with the efforts of the choir and the band it was a very successful year for the music department.
