PAvsoN HIGH SCHOOL DEDlCATt7RY i PFlAYEH Our Beloved Father in Heaven, We come before Thee at this time in a dedicatory prayer with gratefulness in our hearts for the many blessings Thou has given unto us. we're especially thankful, Our Father, for the great men and women upon whose shoulders we stand, the pioneers guided by Thee into these valleys, who have developed this area and made possible the things we enioy today. We are grateful for the children and grand-children who live around us, and for the dedication they feel toward education and to the develop- ment of the young people who attend our schools. We are grateful for their willingness to bond themselves and supply the money for the building of this beautiful high school, and we're thankful for the state aid and for all things that have come to us to help us in the building of these buildings and the development of this school. We thank you also Father, for the genius of design and of building that has come into this great edifice, That those who worked on this project did so in a manner that has given us a beautiful and fine edifice in which we are justly proudg And we ask Thee Father, and we dedicate this building to its preservation and accomplishment of its purposes, that it might be protected: the grounds around it, the building, the facil- ities, from the elements, from the mischief, and from the neglect of man. That this building might stand here as a monument for many years to come, and that many young people will be able to receive the education that can be provided here. We ask Thee to bless the Board of Education who will formulate policies and the rules of this school that they will seek Thee out in prayer and in their hearts, and that they will f0rmulate policies that are for the promotion ot good, wisdom, and knowledge. We to bless those that are in charge, the principal, and the teachers, and th! they will be dedicated to the purpose for which this facility is built. We e that the young people pass through here but once, and we ask Thee T51 ' and those that touch their minds that they will nurture the seed A genius. That the young people might expand their knowledge and wisdom , they might become proud graduates of this beautiful High School.
