Marching with precision, sportsmanship, pep, and enthusiasm was the T959 Pep Club. Smartly clad in gray and green plaid, accented by gray gloves and shoes and green porn poms, they upheld the school spirit in a manner pleasing to all. Those hard working officers, Lynne, Peggy, Linda, Nancy, and Bonnie have been a backbone of encouragement and willingness to serve. The cheerleaders, Joy, Christine, Kathryn, Norma, and Sallie, will always be remembered for their spirit, diligence and unique pep assemblies. The pep club performance this year brought them an invitation to march at the invitational track meet which vvas held at the B.Y.U. on April 18, 1959. Though the weather was discouraging, the girls came through with flying colors and a trophy for the school. Throughout the year the girls have sold cake, candy, and pop corn. They also sponsored a delightful Carnival Dance vvhich brought words of praise from all vvho attended. We offer our sincere thanks to the pep club and cheerleaders this year for a job vvell done. -64,
