O This annual yearbook is the result of the hard work and combined efforts of the members of the Photography class. The students have put forth their best effort in making the 1956 yearbook the best ever. With Doyle Liddle acting as advisor, we pitched into the actual recording of events and activities of the school year. Heads of the publication this year are: Gary Pickering and Keith Warner, co-editors, Kent Warner and Harold Taylor, business managers. It has taken most of the year to prepare in words and pictures this presenta- tion of the various activities and events of the school year. Our one aim has been that through unbounded time, this school year will live as recorded in this T956 Paysonian and give to those who finger its pages, life again in P. H. S.

Lyle Cooper . .,-,Bob Mendenhall Lorell Bryson A striking dramatic play, Death Takes a Holiday by Alberto Sasella was presented December 8-9 by the Payson High School drama department. This play was established among the important plays of our time. It is based on a poetic conception of death suspending all activities ot three days during which period he falls in love with a beautiful girl, and through her realizes why mortals fear him. The setting was very unique for this type of play with eloquent properties. Costumes were made to fit the beautiful three-act play in every respect. Oh, Grazia! -33-
