Payette plays Kuna and is conquered after- a struggle. Band presents an excellent concert. Juniors sponsor a School Dance. OCTOBER Vale travels to Payette only to go home victorious. Payette journeys to Emmett and comes home with victory. Everyone enjoys Sermons of Science . Eva Lounsbury presides as homecoming queen while Payette defeats Weiser. Payette tries hard at Ontario but is defeated. F. H. A. presents a very enjoyable School Dance. NOVE MBER Payette plays St. Teresa for a smashing victory. Open House is enjoyed by parents and teachers. Football game with Nyssa called off because of polio. Beginners l F. F.A. initiation. Axe Frollc is a big success and everyone has fun. Band presents an excellent concert. General Motors assembly enjoyed by all. Frosh-Soph display strength as the Frosh win. Backwards Dance is filled with fun. DECEMBER F. F. A. Harvest Ball is very nice. S. R. V. Student Officers' Conference at Emmett. Payette begins basketball against Parma and is defeated. Payette plays a very good game with Caldwell but is overcome. Payette becomes the mighty victors after defeating Frultland. Payette overcomes Vale with a smashing victory. Payette conquers Mountain Home. And Never Been Kissed -- a job well done. Payette plays Cougars at Caldwell. Christmas Pageant is very well done. School is over ! Christmas vacation !
