I wish to express my pride to all of you who made the marching band the success that it was this season. Your hard work, determination and willingness to learn were real keys to achieving this standard of excellence. This has been a very special season for myself because I've seen a group of young ladies and gentlemen grow from a mediocre marching unit into a mature musical marching machine. 1 wish to congratulate each one of you on your accomplishments and your undivided pursuit of excellence. Only those of you who went through this experience will truly appreciate the spirit and teamwork involved in building a unit of this nature. Good luck in all future endeavors. I hope that your training in band will give you the pride to all do a job the best way you can. Best wishes, Roger Sampson PAXTON LIGHT Cd tMlfW BRIGADE Events Honors August 6-10, Band Camp August 21, Fairbury-Cropsey Parade Concert Competition, 2nd place. Parade Concert October 6.
