Presently the boys are held respon- sible for individual projects. Accurate records of all expenses and essential information concerning the project must be kept. In some cases, students who qualify for “on-the-job” training receive actual experience by working on the farm under supervision. This unique and well-rounded course of study produces many fine young future farmers. 22
