The REFLECTOR staff, affiliated with the Illinois High School Press Association, published the 1962 year book and made every effort to make it the finest yet. In order to carry out the extensive work, the staff met every day nineth period. Miss Bear advised the group and helped in the actual completion of the REFLECTOR. Co-editors Mariellen Anderson and Judy Larson worked as a team to supervise and produce our annual. Jerry Guy was sports editor for the year, and Ann Peterson was in charge of the people division. These department chairmen were responsible for their respective sections of the book. Two sophomores, Jane Lundy and Ricky Shields, were first-year members of the staff. They worked with experienced members in order to learn the whole process of publishing a yearbook. Jerry and Ricky produced all the art work displayed in the annual. The finished REFLECTOR was the result of the cooperation of the group as a whole. We all hope you enjoy the efforts of the year.

0USI KCSS tsOff The business staff of the Publications Department worked for both the paper staff and the annual staff. They performed many of the routine tasks necessary for the publications. Serving as typists were June Stanford and Judy Foster. Erie Currie and Jim Sims did the photography work and also assisted on REFLECTOR advertising. Donna Carlson was business manager for the BLUE AND GOLD, while Jo Ellen Karr was in charge of REFLECTOR advertising and was business manager for the REFLECTOR. In co-operation with the REFLECTOR and the BLUE AND GOLD, the group sold bookcovers, folders, and mums.
