Symbolic of an exciting evening of football filled with music, trium- pliant yells, and a crowd of football fans, Don Sheffield plays with our team in the background. XVatcliing the actixities before the curnnation are Mr. Shearer, Sarah YI'llX'lN, l'arky Stoke-, liobliic llagan, and Nlr, Bradley. J Passing in front of the bustling stands is our Home- coming Queen, Alberta Hagan, who reigns over the game in exciting splendor. Homecoming Pretty girls, glamorous floats, and a happy crowd comprised our 1959 Home- coming. During the day students were excused to put the finishing touches on the various Hoats. At the pep rally class skits were presented, the Hoats were re- viewed and judged, our Queen, Miss Al- berta Hagan, was announced. and enthu- siasm was aroused. A colorful parade of Hoats and cars through the community followed. As we progressed into the eve- ning, a lovely hlf-time show was given. Each member of the Queen's Court was presented with her escort. Miss Sarah Travis, 1958 Homecoming Queen, crowned Niiss Hagan. The eventful day of festivities ended victoriously, then the Queen and her Court reigned over the Homecoming dance.
