Rally, “Youth Reaches Out.” The rally included twenty-nine schools with about five hundred students, advisors, and chapter mothers participating. The main highlights were a speaker from Sangamon State University, entertainment by the Girls’ Ensemble of Pawnee High School, and a Section 13 business meeting.
