We the class of ’65 dedicate our Indian Echoes to the Pawnee Lions Club for their continued service to our school. They have presented the school with playground equipment and an observation tower for the football field. Each year the Lions sponsor an academic and an athletic banquet in the spring. Last fall, the Lions honored the teachers at a banquet. This year two senior boys are invited to each of their meetings. We hope the dedication of this Yearbook to the Pawnee Lions Club will in a small way express our appreciation for their help and interest. The Juniors are more or less the busiest class in the whole high school. Early in the school year, they canvass the town for their magazine sale. Later on in the fall, they began their candy sale. The Juniors traditionally have float winners, this year they lived up to their reputation by winning first in the most beautiful category. They are also in charge of the concession stand at all athletic events. One of the happiest moments in a Junior's life is when he chooses his class ring. But best of all. when spring starts to roll around the Juniors must begin their hurried yet thoughtful preparation for the PROM!
