Rehearsals are held each Tuesday and Friday. The various activities of the orchestra include assembly concerts, open house during American Education Vieek, graduation and guest performances. It affords an opportunity for students interested in string instruments to persue their talents. This service has become a tradition in the community. Each spring the chorus combined with the boys’ and girls’glee clubs presents an operatic production. This displays the various singing and dancing talent of individual members and culminates the serious study given to voice production.
