The Kenda.llabrum of '47 named him outstanding man on the campus. ' A teacher of experience, Eugene B. Lewis heads the department of mathe- matics. Prior to three years in the Regular Army. Lewis taught ln Monroe. Foraker. Nolagoney and Wynona. in the fields of science. mathematics and English. In 1935 Lewis received a B. S. degree from A. 8: M. He is a member of Kappa Delta. Before returning to Pawhuska four years ago, Miss Pixley held positions with the Boeing' Air Plane Company, VVichita, and the Harter Mercantile Com- pany, Ponca. City, and the Ponca City Retail Credit Association.
