E. C. SPRAGU E E. C. Sprague assumed his duties as superintendent of the Pawhuska schools in September, 1947. Mr. Sprague received a. M.Ed. degree from Oklahoma University in 1933 and a B.S. degree from Southeastern State -Col- lege in 1924. At Southeastern in 1923 he was president of the student council, president of the Forensic Debating Club and deemed the best all-round man on the campus. Mr. Sprague was superintendent of schools at Clayton, Oklahoma, for five years. At Clayton his schools won the Elmer Fraker Americanism award for having the outstanding Americanism pro- gram in Oklahoma.
