J. V.Upsets G-A Rams The Sophomore Football season was a season filled with thrills and disappointments. The team record was 4 wins and 5 losses. After two opening losses, one to Benedictine of Detroit and the other to Mattawan, the team put a four game winning streak together. The highlight of the winning streak was a big victory over Galesburg-Augusta, 34-32. The remaining three losses were hard-fought contests, climaxed with a heart-breaking defeat to Otsego in the waning seconds of the contest. Overall, the season was a successful one and the team deserves a round of applause for their endeavors. Receiving the Coaches Award was Paul Schlncariol and Ted Owens received the Big Heart Award.
