Homecoming is the first big event in the school year that gets the students involved in class spirit and group participation. This year's theme, A Halloween Homecoming - The Legend of Paw Paw Hallow, provided great fun and enthusiastic involvement. A. Senior Powder Puffers Terri Thomas. Janet Barnhart. Paula Jones. Class of '84 wanted to “Trick the Irish and Treat the Reds.' C. Freshmen cheerleaders Matt Hutchens. Todd Hess. Bill Buhl and Ken McMullen provided sideline enthusiasm at their Powder Puff game. D. Seniors took first place in the float competition with “Stew the Irish .

D. Sophomore Powder Puff team led by coaches Jon Griffith, Mike Burk and Steve Whitworth trounced the Freshmen, 12-0. E. Teri VanderSlik, oaf to sophomore Mike Matheny, hand feeds her master during lunchtime fun. F. Halloween Homecoming E. Juniors tugged with all their might but the Freshmen won the war and the point. F. Seniors Paula Jones. Lynn Stull. Christal Rogers. Pam Ritsema. Michelle Ranger. Rina Schincariol. Brenda McKenney. Missy Merriam, and Chief Frank Garcia await the start of the parade. G. Illuminated eyes, chomping teeth and a spinning Irish player adorned the third place Freshman float. H. . I. Sophomore and Freshmen Powder Puff teams each anticipated victory but the more-experienced Class of '86 prevailed. J. Sophomores recreated the ride of the Headless Horseman atop their entry.
