NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY This year our elected officers are: President, Shirley Rieks, Vice-Presi- dent, James Rogers, Secretary-Treas- urer, Rose Marie DeFelice. Mrs. West is our advisor. Our planned activities include the National Honor Society induction shortly after Christmas. A Junior Hon- or Society induction is also planned for 30 on December l lth in a candle- light service. Under' Liz were the following officers: Mary Ann McGee, Vice-President, Linda Phelps, Secretary, and David Bradley, Treasurer. The Student Council sponsored a Round and Square Dance, the sale of Gopher pins and a supper were our money making activities for the pro- vision of the awarding of letters, sweaters, and trophys. Accomplishments have been the starting of a student handbook and the provision for a Senior Lounge.

FQHQAQ F.H.A. is a part ofthe Western Dis- trict A division and is honored by the election ofAJudy Wright as District Song and Recreation Leader for the Year l958 and '59, Each'year the FHA. sponsors o variety of activities for its members some of these include: An informal and formal initiation con- sisting ot a day of fun, followed by a dinner for the pledges guild by the old members and impressive formal ceremony. There are two rallies, spring and toll, which are attended by all chapters in the Western District and includes Erie, Genesse and Niagara Counties. They are: President, Shirley Ricks, Vice-President, Gale George, Senior Secretory- Treasurer, Pat Tytler, Junior Sec- retary-Treasurer, Bonnie Schwab. ln October, Mrs. Margaret Mc- Lean, the County Public Health Nurse, spoke to the club. In November, the Nurses Club visited the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

The Future Farmers of America planned the following trips: A trip to Winter Royal Fair in Toronto, Canada, A trip to Farm and Home Week in Ithaca, A trip to Beacon Mills in Aurora, A trip to the Wells Poultry Plant in Buffalo, A trip to the Fat Stock Show in Caledonia, A trip to the State Fair in Syracuse. The money raising activities of the year were two Chicken Barbecues.
