As stated by our former President Kennedy, physical fitness is not only good for the body but also is essential for the mind to work properly. Though only an hour a day is devoted to exercise and fun in the physical education classes instructed by Mrs. Kay Parris, each girl receives an added enjoyment to a regu- lar school day. Mechanical Drawing courses offer one the knowledge necessary to compete in a chang- ing, progressive world. Without this course, many of today's exclusive buildings and bridges would not be available. Science prepares those interested in ad- vanced learning in the field of biology, chemistry, and physics and allows them to build a good foundation for future use.
