Working with Guardian, the HM-14 Helicopter Squadron, EOD spe- cial forces, and Korean minesweepers, Patriot was the star of the show, On the second day of exercises, a helicopter conducting aerial minesweeping got its gear entangled in a fishing boat's nets. Despite being in the middle of a mine-hunting evolution that required planting a precision bomb on the ocean floor, Patriot suspended her operations, found the helicopter's gear, recov- ered the cables, floats, and explosive cutters, and was able to return to her own objective and finish her mission before the end of the day.
