This year for the first time the home economics department was invaded by boys taking Home Ec. 5 first period. Another class of Home Ec. 5 designed for senior girls practiced home and family business management, selection of clothing, and the preparation of simple foods, ln progressive Home Ec. courses, proficiency was gained in cooking, sewing, and home management, with a special activity highlighting each course.
