The purpose of Quill and Scroll is to instill in students the ideal of scholarship, to advance the standards of the journalistic pro- fession, to promote exact and dispassioned thinking. A banquet was held at the Ponce de Leon Hotel at which old members were honored and candidates for membership were initi- ated.
