(C) The Top Five and their escorts: T. Land, P Jordheim, L Berndi. M McDonald and C. Bourgeois. (D) On Wednesday the Henry students received a visit from “KISS. (E) The Tug-of-War sought after the groups that had timing and strength.

DIFFERENT WAYS FOR DIFFERENT DAYS Sno-Daze ’78 started with the choosing of our Sno-Daze button and slogan, “Sno Foolin.” Then on Friday, January 20, the senior class voted on the top five. The next week the whole school had the opportunity to vote for King by dropping money in their candidate’s bucket during lunch. In one week the auditorium was in a hush as queen Julie Michnowski was brought on stage. She proceeded to walk back and forth between the five nervous guys. During the moment of truth, she gave a kiss and planted the crown on our Sno King of ’78 ... Larry Whitman. On Celebrity Day the students came as their favorite star of stage or screen. On Tuesday everyone got “patriotic” and wore red and gray. Wednesday was Overall Day and Henry looked like it came right off of the farm! The best-dressed really looked sharp on Thursday and ended up skiing at Birch Park. Friday was a Fabulous 50's Day and we closed out the week with a Donut Dunk and a dance in the new gym with the Talismen Band.
