I t ' s What would you do if you thought you had a chicken on your nose - get angry, hit it off, scream maybe? Twenty-one stu- dents found out what they would do. No, they didn't really have chickens on their noses they just thought they did. They were under Dr. Dean's hypnosis. One student, senior Peter Stamatopolous, had a different reaction, he ran out of the gym, with the help of friends and school security Stamatopolous reluctantly re- turned. 'll thought I had to escape. l felt like I was being held hostage, explained Stamatopolous. He also claimed that he was never under Dean's Power - Was that why he put his shirt on backwards and his shoes on the wrong feet?! Everyone agreed that Stamatopolous' performance was the highlight of the evening. aBird... On March 10, Dr. Dean did his annual hypnosis show in the gym. Students who volunteered became the hilarious sub- jects, doing some rather uninhibited acts ou had a chicken on your nose. and embarrassing things. The audience was amused at moments when junior James Griggs sat on Dean's lap and acted like a two year old, or when senior Nick Alcorta danced to Swan Lake. 30 Activities Dale Cummins and Aziz Badra, bring back Pe- ter Stamatopolous, after he wildly ran out of the gym, during the show. Being hypnotized to think there was a chicken on his nose really shook him up! Heather Millward shows an expression of embar- rassment, when she realizes that she just finished doing a totally uninhibited goego dance.
