Second period came in and I thought back to Mr. Bassett's first lecture . . . My main goal is to teach you to communi- cate in the written languages. Third period rolled in and I found myself in biology 316. I remember asking Mr. Runge why he gave us homework. I-Ie replied I hope that by giving you homework I can in some way show you how to use biology in life. In Fourth period I liked Mr. Dolby because he treated us separately. I-le laughed and joked with us but always got the job done. As I ate lunch I watched Khampheng Phab- mixay who was surrounded by Laotion stu- dents and thought . . . I-Ie sure must be a great teacher for those who want to learn.
