I Again the Henry Junior Varsity had a winning season, compiling a record of 7-l -l . The offense tallied over l53 points this season, while the defense gave up only 4l. Their effort was good enough to make them number two in the city. Exceptional performances were given throughout the year by running backs Norm Willis, Jeff Phillips, and Danny Naughton. Quarterback Brent Woods had excellent receivers in Matt White, Bill Gilmer and Doug Adams. All this was made pos- sible by the unsung heroes of the offensive line. Sparking the defen- sive unit were Steve Hinkle, Perry Shenas and David Dilday. This was an excellent defensive unit, having been scored upon in only one game. Brent Woods l. Get down! 2.
