ATI-IENAS This year Athenas worked on many projects. We started off with a car wash, donated a turkey dinner to a family for Thanksgiving, gave a Christmas Party forthe Head Start Children, and went Christmas Car- oling. This years Athenas worked at helping our community and school. lt was a very productive year and fun for oll. Whereas in the past our activities con- sisted exclusively of a trip to Disneyland, this year we tried a more diversified approach. After an unsuccessful attempt to organize a camping trip, sponsor a movie, hosted several speakers, and arranged for a theatre viewing at Balboa Park. ACTIVE Girls League, is an active organization in which every girl at P.H. is a member. Under the direction of this years hard working offi- cers, many traditional activities sponsored by the group proved very successful. Starting off the year, we set a precedent by entering the lst club float in the H-coming Parade. The Winter Dance, held at the Hotel del Coro- nado, was the largest in P.H. History.
