Q American Field Service is one of Patrick Henry's most important organizations. The A.S.F. makes it possible for Patriots to study abroad and for students from other countries to study in the U.S. During 1974-75 we have sponsored Carolyn Schwab from Patrick Henry to South Africa. Attending Patrick Henry are Hiroko Suzuki from Japan and Maria Granegger from Austria. Our student chapter under the leadership of President Barbara Dalton and faculty advisor Mr. George Rohrer has been involved in both fund raising activities and social events with other A.S.F. chapters. This year however, with the co-operation, time and patience from Mrs. Charles, Pep Squad ' advisor, they pulled through. The squad treaded on thin ice for the first six weeks. There was the problem of uniforms, the selection of officers, and various other difficulties, but with n rx--,...:-,. A...- time the squad got themselves, and uniforms together. i Being a part of the Bel Canto Singers has meant more to me than just being in one of Southern CaIifornia's finest vocal groups. My two years in Bel Cantos has provided me with a lifetime full of memories with music, friendships I will always cherish, and most of all, a profound sense of Joy through song. With Mr. Keller to guide us, the desire to work hard for our musical goals has been fulfilled tremendously, and extreme satisfaction has been achieved.
