,. Patrick Henry's Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Robert Henderson, had a fantastic year. We participated in many activities such as concerts, demonstrations at elementary schools, festivals and the prestigious San Diego City-County Music Educators Dessert Night at the Bahia Hotel. We had many members who played solos or in small groups at competitions. We hope to have many more years such as this in the future. 56 Clubs 81 Organizations 5.,,...n..M,-..- ,,.. A ,V .. .E , , This year's Symphonic Band, under the direction of Mr. Christiansen, is one of the best in the schooI's history. Made up of 60 of Henry's finest instrumentalists, the band participated in many concerts and festivals including the California Administrators Conference, and a concert with San Diego State University's Wind Ensemble. They participated at the Fleno international Jazz Festival and Received outstanding trumpet section award at Neff Jazz Festival.
