Hickey displays good ball handling. This year's basketball season was a growing experience. After a successful summer the Patriots were the team to beat. The Patriot team was a machine with many parts. There were no super- stars or any great amount of physical talent but a group of players that worked and ran successfully together. Unfortunately due to injuries and illness the team unit suffered but through intensified effort the season was still a success. Scott Godwin, Gerry Kramer, Mitch Williams. Mike Hartley, John Cylke and Wayne Hickey led the way to the CIF playoffs where the Pat's made an impressive showing. Patrick Henry should continue to be a dominating figure in basketball with the return of junior Tom McGovern and sophmore Michael Gay. John Neuenswander
