Annual Staff One of Mrs. Joyce ' s many respon¬ sibilities is to help plan the class schedules of the students and to contact students to arrange for necessary changes. The 1979-1980 Archive Staff would like to recognize Mrs. Ella Sue Joyce for her loyalty and faithful service to the student body and the school. We have selected her for the dedication of this annual on the basis of her professional guidance skills, personal standards, and her radiant per¬ sonality. The duties of a Guidance range from consulting with other counselors and advisors to helping out with various student activities. Often, the duties of a guidance counselor become a family affair. The Joyce family started out the new year assisting with preparations for class registra¬ tion. Thank you Mrs. Joyce. We Love You! Mrs. Joyce holds conferences with parents and stu¬ dents every day to iron out problems, discuss oppor¬ tunities and plan for the future. It is a necessity for counselors to get along well with all members of the faculty and administration, and getting along with others is one of Mrs. Joyce’s best qualities. Dedication 5 Dedication
