S 'wel BAND HAT puts us into the spirit of things at a football game? What makes everyone run to see a parade? We certainly couldn't stump the experts with these questions. Of course the answer is, The Band. ln the short time of four years the Passaic School Band has become one of the finest in this vicinity. It has steadily grown in size and now con- tains approximately fifty-five members. Under the splendid supervision of Mr. Arthur C. Dunkerley, their repertoire has increased greatly and their mu- sic has become finer. The band contributed largely to the success of the football games during the entire season. In the early spring months it entertained the students of the Woodrow Wilson, Franklin, and Memorial Schools. Later, it played at the gym demonstration, and, in May, held its fourth annual concert, which met with great success. The people of this city can well be proud of the Passaic School Band. We predict that in the future it will be considered one of the finest bands in this section. CHEERLEADERS
