MIDTOW In 1959, the Midtown Youth Council was formed following 8 years successful operation of the Southwest Youth Council and Traf- fic Court, and one year operation of the Northeast Council. The schools that participate in the Mid- YO TH COUNCIL town Youth Council are Paseo, Westport, Lillis, Redemptorist, and Loretto Academy. PETER Q At the half-time ceremonies of the Paseo-Van yrn game,Paseo was privileged to honor one of its pst illustrious alumni Craig Stevens. Since he 1LlLl2lICCl in I955, when he was ikles, he has gone on to great ights, has become a star in his wn right, and is known to millions people as Peter Gunn. Following a short pageant de- :ting his life from high school ys to the present, he was pre- mtecl with a plaque and a football 'sey bearing his number which is retired in his honor.
