MIDTOW In 1959, the Midtown Youth Council was formed following 8 years successful operation of the Southwest Youth Council and Traf- fic Court, and one year operation of the Northeast Council. The schools that participate in the Mid- YO TH COUNCIL town Youth Council are Paseo, Westport, Lillis, Redemptorist, and Loretto Academy.
