THE SENIOR CLASS After a year of leading the numerous organiza- tions and contributing to the good of Paseo, the Senior Class of I959 has graduated. Because the seniors were so busy guiding the underclassrnen and participating in various activities, the majority seldom had any spare time. Any senior can remember vividly the newness and the fear of that first day at the big high school five years ago, the making of new friends, the con- stant worry concerning grades, joining various organizations, and finally, their senior year when the primary thing thought about was graduation and, maybe, college. But all discovered that to be a senior is a unique experience of life. SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS PRESIDENT, JOHN SALMON-Jay was Sports Editor of Press and president of Chemistry Club. He also served as treasurer of his junior class, a member of the Executive Board of the Student Council, vice-president of Quill and Scroll and Discussion Club, a lieutenant of Traffic Squad, and a member of Book Crew, Debate Team, Drama Workshop, and Juntos. TREASURER, GLENN MCCOY-Just mention sports, and Glenn comes to mind. He was on the varsity football, basketball, and track teams, and achieved the honor of receiving honorable men- tion in football. Glenn was president of Engineers and his junior class, vice-president of Student Council, treasurer of the Senior Class, and a lieutenant of Traffic Squad. The University of Idaho will see him next year where he will study forestry. SGT.-AT-ARMS, DUSENE VUNOVICH-This girl has beauty and personality plus.
