CHURCHILL CLARK, B. CLARK, L. Coi-IBN CORY CUWAN CROSS CLJR FIXIAN CURTIS CAROL CHURCHILL-This sweet little gal was a member of Y-Teens, treasurer of Cynthians, Pep Club, A Cappella Choir, Interclub Council, homeroom officer, and Student Council Represent- ative. With her friendly personality and sweet ways we know Carol will succeed in work or college or whatever she decides on doing in the future. BETTY CLARK- Bet was vice-president of the Latin Club, a member of A Cappella Choir, Iotas, and Pep Club. To be an airline hostess sounds pretty good to this little gal. Harding College will be seeing this Pirate next year. LETITA CLARK- Advanced Girls' Chorus, Y-Teens. and Pep Club rated pretty high with this peppy senior. Going to all the games seems to be this gal's favorite pastime, Either going to I.C. or working at the Bell Telephone Company will occupy her time in the future. MARY ANN CLARK-Thicions. Pep Club. Y-Teens, Mask and Wig, Girls' Sports, French Club, and Office Assistant took up most of this gal's time but she still had plenty of time left for her dancing. K.U. is where this Pirate will be next year. BARBARA COBERLY- Barb, with her good looks, was R.O.T.C. Queen '54 and a Princess in the Auto Show for two years. She also was a member of Pep Club and vice-president of her homeroom. Photography modeling sounds like a wonderful career that this cute little gal wants to achieve. ARLENE COBLE-This sweet little gal, with her soft voice, was a member of Pep Club, Chemistry Club, treasurer of Iotas, and Student Council Representative. Arlene plans to become an airline hostess and make lots of money. ARLENE COHEN-This Pirate was an eager member of El Ateneo. Dancing and listening to records seem to be this gal's favorite pastime. Oklahoma University will be seeing this little gal on their campus next year. SUE CORY-This gal was one of our C.O.E. students. Horse- back riding and swimming was this senior's favorite pastime. After graduation she plans to work at the Bell Telephone Company. MICHAEL COWAN-This friendly guy was a member of the National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll, A Cappella Choir, Paseon, Band, president of El Ateneo, Interclub Council, Engineers, sergeant at arms of Student Council, veep of Discussion Club, managing CLARK, M. CUBE-.RLY COBLE CRAIG, C. CRAIG, I. CRoIsAsI'I' Davis, I. Davis, I. l,Ir.AL editor of '55-'54 Press. captain of the Traffic Squad, Dehaters, l.ettermen's Club, Mixer and Assembly Committee, and Boy's State. Mike still had time to be in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. This swell senior will be at Yale or Northwestern College next year where he will take up journalism. CAROL CRAIG-Cute little Carol belonged to Y-Teens, Pep Club, Commercial Club and a homeroom ofhcer. Dancing seems to be a good way to pass the time for this gal. When she is out on her own, Carol plans to work at an insurance company and then go to California. IUDITH CRAIG-This peppy Pirate was a member of Pep Club, Y-Teens, Mask and Wig, and Cynthians. This little gal will be on the campus at Baker University. With her winning person- ality we know she will go far in Whatever field she decides. LYLE CROISANT-This C.O.E. student has been working hard earning money toward college. After graduation and he is out on his own, Lyle plans to go into civil engineering at K.U. ANGELA CROSS- Angela was a member of the Commercial Club. Her favorite pastime was skating. After graduation her future is still undecided but we know she will succeed in whatever she does. PAT CURFMAN-This sweet little gal was a member of Pep Club, Y-Teens, and Advanced Girls' Chorus. Pat seemed to enjoy talking and writing letters to pass the time. Next year you will find this Pirate at Iunior College. DALE REED CURTIS-This senior was a member of the Radio Club and belonged to the National Guard. Science seems to be the top subject with this guy. William Iewell College will be seeing Dale next year. IOHN DAVIS-This red headed guy was on the track team, Trafhc Squad, a member of Engineers, Lettermen's Club. and A Cappella Choir. Iohn enjoys singing with the boys' quartet called the Four Flats. lt's M.U. for this peppy senior. IUDITH ANN DAVIS--Iudy was an eager member of Advanced Girls' Chorus. This gal intends to go to Business College for two years and then become an airline hostess. DOLORES DEAL-This peppy Pirate was on Paseo's hockey, volleyball and tennis team. She is also a member of lotas. After graduation she plans to go to work and make loads of money. II

MAXINE ISLATTER-Max really enioys music. Playing the piano and listening to the radio passed the time for this gal. After she is out on her own she plans to work and have a million dollars. DON HLOCH - Big Don was one of our great varsity football players who really knocked the other team for a loop. College is in doubt with this guy but we know that he will succeed in what- ever he decides to do. LLOYD BLOODGOOD--You just couldn't help liking this swell guy with his friendly Hi that he had for everyone. He was a member of Radio Club, Sound Crew, and Student Council. K.U. will be seeing this likable guy next year. He will try to succeed in the field of engineering. RICHARD HOEHMER-Dickie was an eager member of the Radio Club. Printing was this guy's favorite class. After graduation his plans are somewhat undecided but a printer sounds like a good occupation to him. ROBERTA BOGDANOFF - This gal was a member of Y-Teens for two years and Pep Club. Roberta just loved to pass her time by talking on the phone. Nebraska University will be seeing this gal after graduation. IACK ISOSSERMAN-Vice-president of Engineers, Interclub Council, Press Staff, Radio Club, Traflic Squad, and track really kept this swell guy busy. To be a successful engineer after graduating from K.U. is his big ambition for the future. BARBARA BOSWELL--This quiet spoken little gal added Pep Club, Mixer Committee. Interclub Representative for Y-Teens, Office Assistant, Thicions, and vice-president of Mask and Wig to her many activities. Commercial art seems to interest Barb. The K.U. Iayhawks will be seeing this gal on their campus next year. MURIEL BROWN-This Pirate was a member of Pep Club and Iotas. Her favorite hobby seemed to be dancing. William Iewell College is for this little gal where she plans to become an educational director. CHARLES BRUUN-To go hunting and fishing seems to be the favorite way to pass the time for this swell guy. Next year he plans to go to K.U. We know he will succeed in whatever field he chooses. CHARLOTTE BURLINGAME--This little gal came to Paseo from Ozark High School. While at Paseo her favorite class was BLAT'rr.u BLoc:ii Bisoooooon IioswiaLL Iinowsr Biwtix CARBAH C.'iRLsoN Canvi-3v'reR clothing since she enjoys sewing in hei' spare time. Business college seems to be where this little gal is headed for next year. RANDOLPH BURTON-This senior just seemed to enjoy everything. The future is still undecided with this guy but We know he will succeed in whatever he does. ANNETTE CAPPER-Annie, with her sweet personality, was a earnest member of Pep Club, Y-Teens, and an Office Assistant. In her spare time she worked for the Civil Defense Unit. This little gal will be at Kansas State University next year. To be a home economist, bacteriologist, or a dietitian sounds pretty good to her. BONNIE CARBAH-This little gal was one of our quiet little seniors. She hasn't decided what she will do in the future but we know she Will be a big success in whatever the future offers her. ROGER CARLSON-The talent assemblies saw this guy and his Dixieland Band playing some real cool iive. He belonged to Chemistry Club, Discussion Club, Band, and Engineers. A definite college is still in doubt with him but he plans to go into chemical engineering. TERESA CARPENTER-This bright red haired gal was a R.O.T.C. Queen Candidate her senior year. Also she was a member of Pep Club, Y-Teens, Patricians, Mixer Committee, Advanced Girls' Chorus, and treasurer of Commerce Club. K.C.U. or the Art Institute will be seeing friendly Terry next year where she plans to get an art degree. CATHERINE CARROLL-Mrs. Sterk, as she is now known, would like to take some advanced courses in sewing and cooking so she can make a better wife for her husband. Cathy was a member of Girls' Chorus and participated in girls' sports and lifesaving. CAROL NADINE CHATFIELD-Iotas, A Cappella Choir, Oflice Assistant, Chemistry Club, Student Council, and Advanced Girls' Chorus were iust some of the things that kept Nadine busy. This sweet gal plans to take nurse's training at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis and try for her R.N. and B.S. degrees in that field. IACK CHESNEY--Iack's friendly smile and pleasing person- ality won him many friends at Paseo. He belonged to A Cappella Choir, Traflic Squad, Commerce Club, and Student Council. This good-looking guy will be winning many more new friends at Michigan University where he will study to be a conservation agent. Girls and sports seem to be this swell guy's favorite pastime. Next year, Baker or I.C. will be seeing this neat senior. STAN DOLCINOIJE-Stan came to Paseo from Atchison High School. While he was here he participated in track and was on the second team football squad and a homeroom ofhcer. This friendly guy will he at M,U. next year where he would like to be a dance band leader, chemical engineer, or a doctor. BARBARA DORSH-This little gal really enjoys listening to the radio and watching T.V. Clothing, typing, and human science seems to be Barlfs favorite subjects. Next year this senior wants to become a secretary. LORENA DOWNS-This peppy Pirate, with her sweet personality, was a member of Pep Club and Y-Teens. Biology and human science seems to be this little gal's favorite pastime. I.orena's ambition for the future is to go to work and later get married. RICHARD DREHER-Dick was an earnest member of the Radio Club. Outside of school this guy was in the Boy Scouts and Heart of America Radio Club. After graduation this senior plans to attend LC. or K.C.U. MARION DUKE-This senior is undecided about the future but we know she will succeed in whatever she decides on doing. IAMES DUNCAN-Iim was a member of the Radio Club. He enioyed American history and radio classes. Next year this swell guy plans to go to I.C. and take pre-business adminis- tration and ioin the Air Force Reserves. CAROL ANN DUNAVANT-This cute little gal was a memebr of Thicions, Interclub Council, Mask and Wig, Pep Club, Y-Teens, and was a homeroom oflicer. Dancing rated pretty high with this peppy senior. Carol, with her friendly personality, will be making many new friends next year at I.C. or Business College. IRVIN DWORK-R.O.T.C. was this g'uy's main interest but he still had time for driving, making money, and girls. I-Ie's off to M.U. after graduation to further his education, VIVIAN ANN ECKERT-Viv, with her cute little smile and darling personality, was president of Cynthians, a member of Mask and Wig, Mixer Committee, Girls Sports, Pep Club, Y-Teens, and Girls Sports Editor of the Paseon. This little gal burnt up some of her terrific energy by being a peppy Cheerleader. This popular senior will be at I.C. next year where she would like to become an airline hostess. BAYLOR DEAN EDWARDS-This swell guy with his friendly personality, was one of Paseo's popular seniors. A Cappella Choir, Keats, Traffic Squad, Spanish Club, and '53-'54 Press Staff were iust some of the things that kept this Pirate busy. It's Pasadena College for this great guy where he plans to take up printing. BERNARD ALBERT ELLIS- Beanie was one of Paseo's iolly little seniors. This swell guy was on the American Legion basketball team outside of school. Next year, this Pirate will be on the M.U. campus. STANLEY ELLMAN-This senior enioyed everything. After graduation, Emo's future is still undecided but we know he will be a big success. DIANE ENCBERG-Iotas, Chemistry Club, Pep Club, and Y-Teens claimed this quiet senior. Sweet little Diane will be at Central Missouri State College where she plans to be a home economist. ION THOMAS ENGEL-R.O.T.C. and art rates pretty high with this Pirate. College is still undecided with Tom but we know he will succeed at whatever he decides on doing. KENNETH E. ENGLAND- Big Ken was one of our C.O.E. students. Metal shop was this guys favorite subiect. After graduation he is still undecided but he plans on being a machinist. BARBARA ENGLER-Soft spoken Barb belonged to Cynthians, Y-Teens, Pep Club, and secretary of her homeroom. Eating was this little gal's favorite pastime. It's St. Paul's College for this Pirate where she would like to become a kindergarten teacher. LINDA ERICKSON-Thicions, Pep Club, and A Cappella Choir were some of the things this cute little gal belonged to. With her big blue eyes and sweet personality we know she will be a big success at I.C. next year.
