ARMANDO AGUILAR- Aggie was a member of the football squad, the Lettermen's Club, the Spanish Club, Drama NVorkshop, and the Fall Play cast. VVe know he will make a fine lawyer after attending Missouri U. BEVERLY ALEXANDER-A member of Y-Teens, F.I-I.A. and Muir Club, Bev enjoyed pecking away in typing class, and well she might, for it's a secretary's life she hopes to lead in the near future. MARY LOU ALLMAN - Mutt has hopes of marrying a preacher and becoming a missionary in China. While at Paseo she was a member of lotas, the Debate team, and the hockey playday team. Upon graduation it's oH' to Manhatten Bible College. PAUL BARKER-Although Paul had to leave Paseo at mid-term in order to attend K.U., the inlluence of the good work that he did has stayed with us. He was president of the Student Council, an oihcer of Engineers, the Lettermen's Club, and a member of Chemistry Club, the Traliic Squad and on the football team. DIXIE LEE BARRETT--This sweet little gal was veep of Cynthians, a nurse's assistant, a member of the Y-Teen cabinet, the Pep Club, the Civil Defense Committee and the Student Council. This happy pirate will attend K.C.U. next fall. ROBERT BENNETT- Bob likes to sleep Cwho doesn't?j, but while awake he was a member of Keats, Hi-Y, Pep Club, and Muir Club. Politics and law seem very interesting to this handsome senior. JASON BENTON- lay was a member of the Radio Club, Sound Crew, and was his homeroom Student Council representative. It's Kansas State next. GAYLE ANN BERGMAN-Gayle is a member of Mask and Wig, Muir Club, and Y-Teens. Her favorite class was art, her hobby is drawing and her ambition is to become a commercial artist. This all adds up to K.C. Art Institute for next fall. FRANK A. BERKEY- Frank was a member of the football team, the track team, the Lettermen's Club, and the Radio Club. He hopes to be on the payroll of the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company Qplugj very soon. MARLENE BIERBRODT-A member of lotas, the Chemistry Club, Y-Teens, Pep Club, Student Council, Mask and Wig, F.l-I.A., Latin Club, and Girl's Chorus, this cute senior likes to cook and next year will End her cooking Cwith gasj at K.U. ROBERT BINGHAM-Oh-h my achin back! Bing likes to weight lift. After graduation it's either South Carolina U. or Scrub that Deck U. fthe Navyj. ARNOLD BIRNBAUM -This handsome senior was a member of the Spanish Club, the Traflic Squad, and Filled that Center spot on the basket ball team. lt's down to M.U. for Arnie to be an electrical engineer. VVILLIAM EARL BLOWERS IR. - Zoom! There goes lust Plain Bill on his motorcycle. A member of Lettermen's Club, Radio Club, football team, track team, and captain of the Traflic Squad, Bill wants to keep out of the Army. IOANNE. WAMSI-IER BOGART-This sweet Mrs. likes church work and music but Io is waiting for that day when her hubby will return from Korea. Then her noble ambition to be a good housewife will be fuliilled. IIM BOOK--A member of Keats, Chemistry Club, Traflic Squad, A Cappella, Lcttermen's Club, Student Council, football team, and Pep Club,.this boy likes to hoard money. A noble pastime. DONALD BORESOW-This scnior's quiet and sincere manner has won him many friends at Paseo. Don is a member of the Student Council, Lettermen's Club, the football team, and the basketball team. ROSALYN BOSWELL- Rosie was hailed as a member of Iotas, Y-Teens, and Chemistry Club. . 0 . CLARK E. CUNNINGHAM - To serve his school was Clark's personal motto while at Paseo. This he did with the enthusiasm and vigor that earned him the honor of becoming president of the Senior Class. He was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council officer, candidate for Mayor, editor of the Press, a member of the National Honor Society, Discussion Club, Engineers, Chemistry Club, and A Cappella. Clark likes to study and he will have a chance to do plenty of that while preparing himself to become a teacher. RUTH ANN HALL-Ruthie is definitely the proper choice for giftorian of the Senior Class, but in a different sense than one might expect. For her primary gift to Paseo was the influence of her well known smile and sincere personality. She was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council officer, nurse's assistant, president of Y-Teens and Cynthians and member of Discussion Club, and A Cappella. IORDAN IAY COHEN-While at Paseo George received numerous honors, the highest being his election to the position of vice-president of the Senior Class. This popular senior was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council ofhcer, member of the football team, Lettermen's Club, Press staff, National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll, Engineers, Chem- istry Club, and Traffic Squad. He will receive a higher education at Yale. DOROTHY ANN BRUNN - Dorothy's sweet disposition and sparkling personality won for her the office of secretary of the Senior Class. Her many activities included being girls' sport editor of Paseon, a peppy cheerleader, an officer of Zetas and El Ateneo, a Student Council repre- sentative, chairman of the mixer committee, and a member of A Cappella, Drama Workshop, Fall Play cast, Y-Teens, Inter-club Council, 8 Civil Defense Committee and Pep Club. A sweet gal with a pretty voice Dot should go far in her chosen Held of music. ANN CRAWFORD-A pretty girl with a pretty smile, Annie's popu- larity and capability were reflected by her many honors. She was treasurer of the Senior Class and Iunior Class, president of El Ateneo, secretary of the Student Council, an officer of Zetas, a cheerleader, the Paseo R.O.T.C. Queen, senior editor of the Paseon, and a member of A Cappella, Y-Teens, Drama Workshop, the Fall Play cast, Civil Defense Committee, Pep Club. and an Honor Roll student. Ann hasn't decided upon the college she will attend but we're sure she'll be a great success on any campus. MARILYN ESTELLE LESLIE-Her sincerity and gracious personality combined with an ability to lead won Marilyn many friends and a multitude of honors at Paseo. She was reporter of the Senior Class, an officer of her Junior Class, the Student Council and Zetas, a cheerleader, on the Honor Roll, senior editor of the Paseon, and a member of A Cappella, El Ateneo, Y-Teens, Pep Club, Safety Committee, Debate team, and Aeronautics Club, Marilyn will become a kindergarten teacher after attending I. C. and Warrensburg. EDITH MARIE MAXWELL-A popular and highly capable senior, Edie was a fine choice for a senior ofiicer. Besides officiating as sergeant-at-arms of the Senior Class she also found time to serve on the Paseon staff, the Press staff, the Red Cross committee, the Mixer Com- mittee, the Debate team, and as secretary of her Iunior Class, and an office assistant. BRUNN CALDXVELL IO SUE BOTWIN - This modest senior wouldn't tell us too much about herself, but we know she will prepare for life with a college education. IOE BOULDIN-Like all other Paseo boys this senior's hobby is girls. A member of the Radio Club, Doe hopes to do some traveling in the near future. SHIRLIE BOWDEN-This goodlooking gal was one of our C.O.E. students. She just enjoyed going to school and having lots of fun, she'll keep working. GEORGE R. BOWSER - George was a member of the Trallic Squad, Chemistry Club, and Radio Club. Colorado U. will welcome this student of engineering come next fall. DOROTHY LEE BRAMLETTE- Dot divides her time between Iotas, Muir Club, Pep Club, Safety Club, and being a homeroom officer. This pretty senior is also very enthusiastic about her hobby, Stan. WILLIAM D. BRODY- Bill is on the Highest Honor Roll and was hailed as a member of the Chemistry Club, Press Staff, El Ateneo, Mixer Band, Drama Workshop, Fall Play cast, tennis team, second team basketball, Debate team, and an ollicer of Iuntos and the Paseo band. To be a. nuclear physicist is the ambition of this future K.U.-er. LORETTA IEANNE BROKESHOULDER-Future years may see Loretta right back at Paseo, but this time as a member of the faculty for she hopes to become a home economics teacher. You'll find this poppy senior attending school in Portland, Oregon. NADINE BROOKS-Nadine left us at mid-term. This peppy pirate said all of your classes were tops and she likes to meet lots of new people. DAVID BROUSE-A member of the rille team, and N.R.A. this senior's interests center around art, bowling tennis, and flying and he hopes to lead a fast life as a jet pilot. BETTY IANE BROWN- Bonnie Betty was a member of Iotas, French Club, Drama Workshop, A Cappella Choir, Student Council, Pep Club, and Mask and Wig. This happy senior likes to have fun and she'll be doing just that at I.C. next year. CAROLYN IOYCE BROWN-This future airline hostess likes roller skating and reading and lists her activities as Iotas, Y-Teens, and A Cappella. ltls another Paseoite off to I.C. CARROL BROWN- Being an ollice assistant and a member of Mask and NVig kept this peppy gal on the move. Carrol will attend I.C. where she will prepare for secretarial work. EDWARD BROWN-Ed. was a member of the Radio Club, Muir Club, and A Cappella and is very much interested in machine work. This senior will soon go into a branch of Uncle Sam's service. FRED BROWN-It is natural for Fred to want to become a radio and T.V. repairman as he likes working with electrical devices and attends meetings of the Radio Club. He is also a member of A Cappella and Muir Club. IANET E. BROWNING-This senior is really sports minded. She likes football, baseball, basketball, swimming and Athletics Brownie hopes to become a comptometer operator and housewife. IEAN ELLEN BROWNING-Iean has her head in the clouds for she hopes to become an airline hostess. Singing and horseback riding are tops with this senior. DOROTHY ANN BRUNN-Class Officer. CARROLL CALDWELL-A member of the Radio Club, Tiny's ambition is to be a coach. Naturally he likes basketball and next year will find him shooting baskets on the court at M.U.
