. 0 . CLARK E. CUNNINGHAM - To serve his school was Clark's personal motto while at Paseo. This he did with the enthusiasm and vigor that earned him the honor of becoming president of the Senior Class. He was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council officer, candidate for Mayor, editor of the Press, a member of the National Honor Society, Discussion Club, Engineers, Chemistry Club, and A Cappella. Clark likes to study and he will have a chance to do plenty of that while preparing himself to become a teacher. RUTH ANN HALL-Ruthie is definitely the proper choice for giftorian of the Senior Class, but in a different sense than one might expect. For her primary gift to Paseo was the influence of her well known smile and sincere personality. She was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council officer, nurse's assistant, president of Y-Teens and Cynthians and member of Discussion Club, and A Cappella. IORDAN IAY COHEN-While at Paseo George received numerous honors, the highest being his election to the position of vice-president of the Senior Class. This popular senior was also a Iunior Class officer, Student Council ofhcer, member of the football team, Lettermen's Club, Press staff, National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll, Engineers, Chem- istry Club, and Traffic Squad. He will receive a higher education at Yale. DOROTHY ANN BRUNN - Dorothy's sweet disposition and sparkling personality won for her the office of secretary of the Senior Class. Her many activities included being girls' sport editor of Paseon, a peppy cheerleader, an officer of Zetas and El Ateneo, a Student Council repre- sentative, chairman of the mixer committee, and a member of A Cappella, Drama Workshop, Fall Play cast, Y-Teens, Inter-club Council, 8 Civil Defense Committee and Pep Club. A sweet gal with a pretty voice Dot should go far in her chosen Held of music. ANN CRAWFORD-A pretty girl with a pretty smile, Annie's popu- larity and capability were reflected by her many honors. She was treasurer of the Senior Class and Iunior Class, president of El Ateneo, secretary of the Student Council, an officer of Zetas, a cheerleader, the Paseo R.O.T.C. Queen, senior editor of the Paseon, and a member of A Cappella, Y-Teens, Drama Workshop, the Fall Play cast, Civil Defense Committee, Pep Club. and an Honor Roll student. Ann hasn't decided upon the college she will attend but we're sure she'll be a great success on any campus. MARILYN ESTELLE LESLIE-Her sincerity and gracious personality combined with an ability to lead won Marilyn many friends and a multitude of honors at Paseo. She was reporter of the Senior Class, an officer of her Junior Class, the Student Council and Zetas, a cheerleader, on the Honor Roll, senior editor of the Paseon, and a member of A Cappella, El Ateneo, Y-Teens, Pep Club, Safety Committee, Debate team, and Aeronautics Club, Marilyn will become a kindergarten teacher after attending I. C. and Warrensburg. EDITH MARIE MAXWELL-A popular and highly capable senior, Edie was a fine choice for a senior ofiicer. Besides officiating as sergeant-at-arms of the Senior Class she also found time to serve on the Paseon staff, the Press staff, the Red Cross committee, the Mixer Com- mittee, the Debate team, and as secretary of her Iunior Class, and an office assistant. She also answered roll in Zetas, Mask and Wig, Student Council, andaPep Club. It's Drury College for Edith. J
