WA'i'soN Miss Makin POXVERS I it Zlffufv' THE HEALTH ROOM Several important steps have been taken this year in the health room through its exceptionally wise management by Miss Marie F. Powers, school nurse. This was Miss Powers' second year as nurse at Paseo, and most of the students have become ac- quainted with her and her work, and the important part the health room plays in school life. This year marked the beginning of a new system in the health room, namely, the appointment of six girls as hourly as- sistants to Miss Powers.
